APPLICATION & MEASURING EQUIPMENT

Piston-type machines manufactured by GRACO or WAGNER are recommended for the application of PHOENIX fire protection paints.

These are high-pressure (180-250 bars) machines required for airless spray application of fire protection paints due to the high viscosity of intumescent fire protection materials.

Equipment for the application of the fire protection plasters NEOSPRAY, FORMULA KP, ARMADA.
In the overwhelming majority of cases, fire protection plasters are applied mechanically by continuous plastering machines. The use of discontinuous plastering machines is not recommended primarily because it causes material loss, low performance, and problems with the careful dosing of mixing water.

Our engineers recommend using DUOMIX PLUS machines manufactured by Ì-ÒÅÑ.

Equipment for the application of the fire protection materials FIBROGAINE and DAVISPRAY.
These fire protection materials are applied to the protected surface using the dry shooting method, its main feature being that the material is mixed with water not in the plastering station, but in the air, close to the coated surface.

We recommend the French EOLE Â 380 and EOLE S equipment, distinguished for comparatively small sizes and high performance.

Non-destructive testing of the coat thickness of PHOENIX fire protection materials.
Inductive thickness gauges from ELECTROPHYSIK (Germany) are the most reliable in use. We recommend using ÅÕÀÑÒÎ F3 devices to determine the coat thickness of the intumescent fire protection coatings PHOENIX STS and PHOENIX STV .

A simple device for measuring the coat thickness of the thermal insulation plasters NEOSPRAY, FIBROGAINE, DAVISPRAY.
